“I highly recommend Cindy ​and the Doulas of CNY. Cindy took time to check in on me during the pregnancy. I’ll never forget that she did an exercise video with me from YouTube to get labor moving. That was fun to do together! Her knowledge, ability and presence to bring new life into this world was irreplaceable. This is my first time using a doula, and this was my third child. I wish I had had a doula for my first delivery. She complimented my husband and the medical team in their roles. My husband was exhausted so he was glad to have her there. I had a vaginal delivery after c section. It couldn’t have gone smoother. Even though I’m a nurse practitioner, I wouldn’t have known all the positioning and ways to distract from pain without Cindy being there. Regarding Covid, the benefits of having Cindy there far outweighed any risks.”
